The beta

Hireway is in beta. Features will change, things may break, and we may pause or end access at any time. We'll give notice before we start charging, and nothing is charged during the beta.

You're in charge of your applications

Hireway finds roles, drafts resumes and fills standard form fields, but you decide what to apply for and you submit every application yourself. Check every resume and form before you submit it. You're responsible for making sure what you send is true.

Fit scores are estimates to help you prioritise. They aren't a promise that you'll get an interview or a job.

Using Hireway fairly

Use Hireway for your own job search. Don't share your account, try to get around usage limits, scrape the site or use it to send false information to employers.

Your content

Your resume, profile and drafted resumes belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run Hireway for you, as described in our Privacy page.

Job postings

Job postings come from company career pages and belong to those companies. We link to the original posting and can't guarantee that a role is still open or accurately described.

No warranty

Hireway is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities.
